We continue to practice whole body listening during all parts of our day. Kindergartners are learning a variety of signals that signify it's time to listen to an adult for directions. Today, we introduced, "whole body listening." When we listen with our whole body, we listen with our ears, eyes, mouth, feet, and hands. INQUIRE with your child what this looks and sounds like. When students are showing their complete attention, more learning is happening! I am so utterly impressed with the listening skills these children bring to our classroom. Each one of them is a role model for another.
