Our class has ECO this Wednesday, Nov. 4th. We will continue with a focus on mapping our travels to Harrison Preserve, identifying trails (and their use/purpose for people and nature), and do more work with creating sit spots in our outdoor classroom. Mrs. Wrigley's class will join us. If you would like to come along to volunteer, just send me an e-mail - we love our volunteers!
This time of year the weather can quickly turn cool or warm. Please help your child prepare by dressing in layers, bring along a hat and possibly gloves. All students should bring boots, rain pants and some kind of rain coat or wind breaker if possible. Students will wear backpacks on the outing to stow science learning tools, and any bring along extra necessary gear as well as a water bottle. Thank you for your support of our outdoor learning program.
