On Tuesday Shannon and Sigrid enlightened us with lessons all morning about protective coloration. The students learned that many different organisms escape predators by their shape or coloration. They do this by blending into their environment. We began the morning with an entertaining puppet show, blended in with our friends, created camouflage pictures, and found a variety of animals in both a poster and a sideshow. Many friends were able to observe how their NAP animal goes about doing this.
