Students are developing fluency in both addition and subtraciton throughout their first grade year. We spend a lot of time playing games that help to improve our ability to add and subtract - and strategize! Try playing these games with your child - all you need is a simple dice..or deck of cards...or some dominoes. Simple tools..but complex games. Have fun!
