First Grade Field Trip!
What: Performance of Elephant and Piggie’s We Are in a Play
(adapted from Mo Willem’s award-winning books)
Where: The Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington
When: Tuesday, March 21, 2017
We will eat an early lunch here at Union School before boarding the bus at 10:30. The show starts at 12:00 p.m., and we will return to school with time to have a snack before dismissal.
We would love chaperones! However, due to limited tickets, only two chaperones per class may attend this trip. If you would like to chaperone, your name will be put in a drawing. Your child’s teacher will notify you by Friday, March 17th to confirm whether or not your name was selected. Another opportunity to chaperone will be our trip to the VT Institute of Natural Science (VINS) later in the year.
